I know I say rates are great all the time but today they are exceptional. Seriously today is about as good of day as we have had in a while!

Gloomy day here in Denver but the mortgage rates are still a bright spot. FHA as well as conforming pricing is really good today.

Rates are still in great shape today. Especially enticing are the 5% down conforming loans with no mortgage insurance.

As you could imagine rates are fantastic today. Get in while the gettin’ is still good. Know what I’m saying?

Rates are great again today. How much longer can this nice string of rates last? Who knows, but now is the time to lock in a 30 year rate.

The move is complete. We are now located on 18th and Blake right here in Downtown Denver. Rates are still great today!
