Rates are great today. Especially conforming rates with as little as 5% down.

Rates moved very little over night. We still have 5.25% FHA with a APR of 6% (remember APR is higher because of upfront mortgage ins).

Rates stayed about the same this morning from yesterday. Only 8 days left to get a contract approved to take advantage of the tax credits.

Rates crept down ever so slightly today.

Rates crept up today. 30 year fixed FHA is at 5.25% (6% APR) with no origination points
